The Job
- Provide all-around administrative support to CLT in leasing and marketing of shops in various properties.
- Handle the monthly shop advertisement and opening of shop applications for further processing by CLT and EMOs.
- Coordinate with EMOs and DMD surveyors for preparation of rental assessment of shops, offices and elderly flats.
- Handle leasing enquiries for shops and elderly flats of HM from potential tenants and prepare leasing fact sheets for marketing of shops.
- Draft simple correspondences and keep proper records of bank guarantee.
- Generate shop portfolio reports from system for checking / matching records and compilation of turnover rent reports for monitoring payment of additional rents by shop tenants.
- Prepare and closely monitor the aging report and issue reminders to the residential flat tenants of HM on a monthly basis.
- Assist in preparation of budget for CLT, control the budget throughout the year and handle any other assigned works.
The Person
5 passes in DSE including English and Chinese, or equivalent.At least 4 years’ clerical or customer services experience with at least 1 year in customer services industries.Some knowledge on the operation and commonly used terms of estate management related industry.PC skills e.g. PowerPoint, Excel & MS Word and Chinese Word Processing etc.Good typing skillsGood communication, co-ordination and interpersonal skillsMature, service oriented, good telephone manner and a team playerAttentive to details, systematic and willing to follow through tasks independentlyWith confidence and able to communicate / handle enquiries from different customers.Attractive remuneration package will be offered to suitable candidates.
