Your new role

• Candidate Sourcing :

Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking) to identify and attract top technology talent.

Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

Write and post job advertisements on relevant platforms to attract suitable candidates.

Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, andpetitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.

Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews, preparing reports, and managing candidate documentation.
