At least 5 years experience in Telecom industry with 2 years at supervisory level Good domain knowledge in Customer Billing, Customer Service or Operations is preferred Good command in both written and spoken English, working proficiency in Mandarin. Good problem solving skills and details minded Good analytic mind set Sensitive in accuracy Good in using Excel and Access on financial / business analysis Knowledge of database application is definitely an advantage.
A leading regional network solution provider offers comprehensive network and data center services to the major carriers and MNC is now looking for a Billing Operation Manager to join their regional team in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities :
- Design the operations processes based on business needs.
- Audit the billing operations procedures and ensure it is under proper execution
- Prepare management reports on a regular and ad-hoc basis.
- Resolving issues relating to invoicing and relevant activities.
- Manage invoicing of complex projects.
- Work with system vendors to enhance and maintain the billing system
- Ensure the internal tracking systems that the order / job requests are accurately recorded and completed in a timely manner.
- Lead a team of Billing Officers in the region
