Responsibilities
- Lead a small IT team to provide full range of IT functions in office ensuring smooth office operation
- Work with internal parties for administration policy & compliance procedures
- Prepare regular reports to management and handle annual budgeting projects, budget control and costs analysis and
- Facilitate and work with concerning parties on office procurement process
- Involve in ad hoc tasks or projects as required
Requirements
Degree holder or aboveMin. 8 years relevant experienceExperience in budget planning & cost analysis will be an advantageProficient in excel and MS office applicationsGood command of written & verbal EnglishExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsGood teamwork, self-managed, attention to details
