Job Accountabilities
- Promote Life insurance products, services and offers to target customers through telephone calls according to the planned sales campaign activities within the compliance and regulatory framework in professional manner
- Handle customer enquiries and application from inbound promotion hotline and / or online websites and drive to sales closures
- Conduct selling of Life insurance products or other services as assigned, including ad hoc events or worksite marketing activities, etc.
- Achieve monthly and annual individual and team sales targets
- Provide professional and excellent insurance sales and advice services with accurate product information
- Assist in designing effective sales approaches through the identification of insurance needs / gaps of customers from the study of customer profiles or interactive fact finding during the call with customers to optimize sales opportunities
- Provide operation support to sales campaigns
Job Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of telesales experience, preferably in insurance industryCertifications of valid IIQE 1 & 3 are requiredCertifications of IIQE 2 & 5 are preferablePossess pro-active and "can do" attitude with matured sales skills which can lead and drive a potential sales opportunity into real sales in a more instant mannerExcellent communication and customer service skills with professional telephone mannerNative in Cantonese and good command of English & MandarinWhy Zurich
