Our client is now looking for a dynamic personal assistant for the team.
Responsibilities :
Provide general administrative and secretarial support to the Managerial staffs;
Prepare important correspondence and all relevant materials;
Organize, coordinate and / or participate in the Companys business and public relations functions;
Organize the Managerial staffs travel arrangements and provide necessary support;
Greet the Companys important guests, officials and visiting delegates from the Mainland China and overseas.
Requirements :
Degree holder in the relevant disciplines with formal secretarial training preferred;
At least 5 years of secretarial experience in serving director's level, preferably gained from HK listed company or sizable organization;
Have a high level of responsibility and good communication and coordination skills, strong sense of moral values, pay attention to details, have a good team spirit and professional attitude;
Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English;
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Secretary to Chairman.
