职位描述Responsible for the formulation and planning of the company's training plan, the follow-up of training effects, the implementation of various training projects, and maintaining training records. Coordinate and organize the daily operation and management of the company's online learning platform,
improve the utilization rate, ensure the establishment of the examination question bank of the company's internal
staff-related business lines (existing internal platform), examination process supervision, test results follow-up and
other related work;
- Support to develop the online class or seminar for customers.
- Lead the preparation and improvement of the annual training plan and organize the implementation.
- Conduct required training within the stipulated time frame
