Service Unit

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead requirement analysis, system design, and creation of comprehensive plans / documentation
  • Analyse user requests to design and propose effective technical solutions
  • Maintain and provide ongoing support for existing applications, including UAT coordination, user training, and troubleshooting
  • Identify and champion opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements
  • Plan and coordinate with development teams for the successful implementation of the new application system

Entry Requirements

Study Fields：

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

    • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities：

  • Proficient in Linux, Java, Python, SQL, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS, XML, JSON
  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, RESTful API, and microservices design
  • Proven experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS preferred)
  • Familiarity with APIs, web services, and integration tools (experience connecting AI solutions a plus)
  • Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)

    • Personal Attributes：

  • Good communication skills in Mandarin will be a bonus

    • Additional Requirements：

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in IT application development, specifically in user requirement gathering and system design
  • Experience in Public Utility, NGO, or Government environments is a plus
