CHIEF HEALTH OFFICER – INSURANCE, HONG KONG

You will drive agency readiness, ensuring distribution channels are equipped with compelling health propositions, effective training, and market-leading products. Your expertise in P&L management will be crucial in balancing sustainable pricing with business growth, optimizing Net Business Profit, and managing medical claims costs.

Your leadership will extend to network management, forging strategic relationships with hospitals and clinics to enhance customer value while controlling claims costs. You will also engage with regulators and industry stakeholders to ensure compliance and shape market trends.

Fluency in Cantonese is essential for success in this role, as you navigate complex market dynamics and drive the company’s health business to new heights.
