Our client is a well known and sizeable company in Hong Kong. As their business is rapidly growing, currently they are looking for an (Assistant) Procurement Manager - Professional Services to manage daily professional services procurement.

As an (Assistant) Procurement Manager - Professional Services, you will ...

  • Act as a individual contributor to manage end to end procurement related to professional services, including marketing, HR, finanace, insurance, consultancy services
  • Identify opportunity and develop strategy from department perspective by aggregating the needs across the different teams
  • Manage end-to-end procurement process such as conducting market research, defining procurement plan, issuing RFIs / RFPs, facilitating evaluation process, following through with processes including total cost analysis, commercial & contract negotiation, supplier recommendation and contract award
  • Carry out procurement strategies to cost reduction and operational efficiency
  • Review supplier's performance and contracts
  • Maintain and build strong vendor relationship

skills & experiences required.

  • Degree or diploma holder in related disciplines
  • Min 5 years of experience in procurement
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
