- Act as a individual contributor to manage end to end procurement related to professional services, including marketing, HR, finanace, insurance, consultancy services
- Identify opportunity and develop strategy from department perspective by aggregating the needs across the different teams
- Manage end-to-end procurement process such as conducting market research, defining procurement plan, issuing RFIs / RFPs, facilitating evaluation process, following through with processes including total cost analysis, commercial & contract negotiation, supplier recommendation and contract award
- Carry out procurement strategies to cost reduction and operational efficiency
- Review supplier's performance and contracts
- Maintain and build strong vendor relationship
skills & experiences required.
Degree or diploma holder in related disciplinesMin 5 years of experience in procurementFluent in English, Mandarin and CantoneseStrong communication and negotiation skillsabout the benefits.
