Financial Controls, Reporting and Projects Assistant H / F

You will join Crédit Agricole CIB Hong Kong as a  Financial Controls, Reporting and Projects Assistant within the regional finance team .

Your concrete missions will be the following :

Take over UDAs and dashboards developed by previous VIE and continue maintain and improve them and support their users ;

Work closely with the Head Office Reporting coordinator to industrialise the month-end closing processes ;

Work with users to identify, develop and implement further sources of automation and efficiency ;

Assist the regional team on various tasks, including ad-hoc projects and issues, data quality and closing deadlines, generation of KPI reports, regular and ad-hoc statistical reports, etc.

To be eligible for a VIE :

• Be less than 28 years old
• Be postgraduate of a Master degree
• Be EU citizen
