Responsibilities

  • To provide receptionist duties, administrative, clerical and the back office support, dealing with couriers, handling the uniforms & equipment, data entry, maintain indoor filing system and the other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • F.5 / DSE or above, 2 years relevant experiences
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Office application (Word and Excel is a MUST ) & Chinese Word processing
  • Excellent telephone manner and good interpersonal skill
  • Outgoing, detail-minded with a strong sense of responsibilities and be able to work independently
  • Immediately available will be highly preferred
