We help our clients to raise equity funds through primary offering and / or secondary offering of shares and REITs, as well as pre-IPO platform.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for pitching and marketing materials
• Assist in analyzing business and financials of companies
• Conduct market and company research
• Establish and maintain in-house market data base
• Attend meetings and prepare meeting summary
• Assist in translation of documents
