AMI Assistant Restaurant Manager (Michelin Modern French Dining) | 5-Day I Sunday Off (R0507-AM-AMI)

Reporting to Restaurant Manager, you will be managing the overall restaurant operations and leading the professional service team to provide excellent customer service in a Michelin Star restaurant.

Qualifications & Experience Required

• To attain this position, you must have at least 5 years of experience in luxury hotels or western fine dining restaurants
• Experience in managing multicultural teams
• Solid knowledge in wine & spirits
• Knowledge in whiskies is preferrable
• Excellent interpersonal, people management and problem-solving skills
• Presentable, independent, flexible, customer-oriented, attentive and a strong sense of responsibility
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
