职位描述Minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience with 2 years’ at managerial level University degree in Recreation Management or related disciplines Experience in the Fitness / Club house / Retail field / Sports and Leisure / Clubhouse Personal Trainer certificates Excellent communication skills and tactful in dealing with people at all levels Dynamic, resourceful, multi-tasked Proficiency in spoken English and Chinese Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Fitness Manager
Responsibilities :
- Directing a team of fitness staff to achieve company sales targets, personal training classes, members attendance and service goals
- Providing on-floor sales training, coaching and team building activities
- Working closely with the sales / marketing / admin teams to maintain high level of customer service standard
- Ensuring that service areas, equipment and supplies are maintained in an orderly and safe manner
- Monitoring closely on the new development of fitness technology and make relevant suggestions to the Management
