- We are looking for SALES COORDINATOR - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
Perform order processing and customer servicing for China marketHandle customers’ enquiry including issuing of Quotation and Sales Contract.Sales order (for China market) following up including delivery, co-ordination with customers and D / N issuing.Follow up of repair issue from customers and prepare quotation.Assist in supporting activities for Sales teamData entry sales and payment recordsPrepare of monthly sales report for China accountPurchase order follow upData entry purchase and payment recordsSource and follow up of purchase in China for products (e.g. : travel adapter) enquired by European head office.Work with Import / Export shipping agent on new products query.F.5 graduatesDiploma holder is a plus2+ years work experience related to order process / sales support / client servicing in trading / manufacturing companies, or equivalentExperience in China market is a big plusAble to communicate well in Mandarin to deal with customers located in ChinaNo trips required5 days work : Mon to Fri 9 : 00am-5 : 30pm13 months salary + performance bonusAnnual leave : 10 daysMedical insuranceWork-life balance cultureTO APPLY for this job or similar jobs :
