职位描述Higher Diploma or above in Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or a related discipline Minimum 3 to 4 years' solid experience in construction site inspection Knowledge of M&E disciplines, industry practices and legal requirements Strong technical knowledge, experience and judgement to define and solve problems on site subject to departmental policies, procedures and practices Strong safety sense Self-motivated, team player with good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) Proficiency in MS Office
Job Highlights :
The Inspector, M&E will supervise and monitor the building services installations at project sites as assigned. He / She will interact with various Departments internally and represent the Company to deal with consultants, contractors, suppliers and government bodies externally.
Responsibilities :
- Inspects M&E installations at site and ensures the quality and workmanship comply with specifications
- Monitors M&E installation progress and prepares regular reports for superiors
- Monitors the testing and commissioning of M&E installations at site
- Assists in solving M&E technical problems at site
- Participates in site meetings
- Coordinates with Main contractors and M&E Contractors
