The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority welcomes exceptional talent with a passion to realise the vision and mission of making the West Kowloon Cultural District a prime local and international destination for arts, culture and entertainment.

This is a fixed-term contract position of 2-year with possibility for renewal subject to organisational needs and individual performance.)

Reporting to Manager, Contract Administration and supporting the District Facility Services (“DFS”) Department, you will be responsible for :

assisting the supervisor on all DFS sub teams annual budget planning, all their day to day operation financial matters and procurement documentation and process;

assisting the supervisor to provide service support in venues operation from financial and facilities asset management planning perspective;

assisting the supervisor for handling the financial management for budgeting and cost control, discuss with on-site team and relevant departments for any financial matters;

preparing regular reports (e.g. financial monthly report, financial variance highlights and management report, etc.) and highlight the variance;

maintaining a filling system including record in / out of all budget and contracts documentation and asset management;

assisting the supervisor for setting up of SOPs, policies, IT system (Facility Management System) and operation manuals; and

performing other duties or ad-hoc tasks as assigned by DFS Department.

You should :

possess a recognised degree or above in property and / or facilities management, business administration, accounting, finance or equivalent;

have 5 years of experience in property and / or facilities management with experience in managing and preparing OPEX and CAPEX budget for routine operation, etc.;

be self-motivated, mature, responsible, well-organised with strong interpersonal and customer services skills to relate and communicate to internal and external contacts at all levels;

be proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; and

be proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
