Title : Boutique Manager

Reports to : Managing Director
MISSION
As part of our retail extension in APAC we are looking for a Boutique Manager to lead our first Boutique in Asia. As Boutique Manager of Vhernier you will be an ambassador of the brand inside the boutique, as well as outside at external events. Your mission is to develop the business of the boutique and together with your team build up trusted relationships with clients. You will contribute by developing a deep understanding and knowledge of the brand and lead your team in delivering an excellent and unique experience to our clients throughout their journey with the brand.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting directly to the Managing Director of the region, you will be leading all boutique and clientelling activities to drive the boutique’s performance, as well as to develop team members and run in-store operations. As part of the management team of the market, your main responsibilities in this role will be to :
- Drive business – managing the team along with setting priorities and objectives, monitoring sales trends and key performance indicators, following client satisfaction
- Offer an outstanding experience – ensure all clients feel welcomed and cared for and deliver an exceptional level of service
- Develop the team – uniting the team behind common goals, coaching team members, following-up improvement, participating to recruitment process, nurturing the team’s knowledge
- Run in-store operations – supervising boutique operations and back-office activities, ensuring policies are respected, growing operational excellence.
TEAM & PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
Design the optimal organization, recruit the right profiles and lead and develop the teamDrive performance of the boutique, communicate, federate and motivate the boutique team around the strategy and vision of the brand and their collective and individual implicationDefines and implements actions to deliver the commercial objectives of the boutique, based on performance and KPI review under consideration of competencies and environmentCLIENT RELATIONSHIP & PORTFOLIO DEVELOPMENT
Acts as the warrant of a unique and highly professional client service within the boutiqueLeads the implementation and monitoring of the ROI for client relationship programs and actionsActs as an Ambassador of the Maison and builds direct contact with VIPsBOUTIQUE OPERATIONS & ADMINISTRATION
Is responsible for operations in compliance with all group, brand and boutique policies and procedures and all safety regulationsRepresents and promotes the values and image of the brand, ensures a representative and professional image of the teamEnsures exceptional visual merchandising and proper boutique maintenanceSKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate has proven managerial experience in an international company, is curious, positive, flexible, organized, reliable and eager to build the success of the boutique.
Management experience in luxury retail, University degree preferredAbility to lead and develop people, strong interpersonal and communication skillsBusiness acumen, ability to think strategically, high level of self-organizationResult-driven, pro-active, flexible and self-starting, high intrinsic motivationSense of luxury, excellent representation skills, eloquence and fluency in English, Cantonese, MandarinComputer and digital savviness, experienced in social media (IG, Red Note)
