Oversees operational management systems, processes, and infrastructure while looking for opportunities of improvement or revision
Collaborates with other departments to ensure seamless business execution, reinforce positive morale, and uphold company values
Identifies potential problems and points of friction and working to find solutions in order to maximize efficiency and revenue
Works closely with General Manager to set and / or implement policies, procedures, and systems to follow through with implementation
Works closely with management team to ensure all operational, administrative and finance functions within the company are being properly executed in accordance to legal and regulatory based best practice
Raises and tracks issues and conflicts, remove barriers, resolve issues of medium complexity involving stakeholders and escalate to appropriate level when required.
Establish contracts and pricing and ensuring proper maintenance and serving as primary liaison with local government agencies and service providers
Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline employees
Supports company-wide training programs, reinforcing tech and operations infrastructure between departments to ensure consistency and quality standards are met
Requirements
Diploma / Degree or above
At least 15 years of experience of which 5 years in management role
Two or more years of proven success in an operations management role
Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers and employees
Hands-on experience in identifying process gaps and implementing solutions
Knowledge of business productivity software and an aptitude for learning new applications
Ability to communicate fluently in both Chinese and Englis
