Chubb Life HK : Manager / Assistant Manager, HNW Agency Business Development

We are seeking an experienced candidate to join our newly formed HNW Agency Business Development Team. This role will focus on supporting our agents by providing strategic insights, building service platform, and facilitating communication with business partners and agency leadership. You will play a crucial role in promoting company strategies and driving initiatives to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities

• Drive company strategies and initiatives aimed at achieving HNW KPIs including sales & recruitment.
• Collaborate with agency heads and managers to understand and support their goals in creating sales and servicing high net worth clients.
• Utilize knowledge of investments and mutual funds to develop and execute agency business development strategies to meet business goals.
• Facilitate case management support among agents, internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare training materials and support to upgrade agents’ capabilities on HNW sales and best practices.
• Plan and coordinate seminars related to investment, market dynamics and high net worth support to agency and clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting high net worth insurance.
• Develop and manage reports that track performance metrics and provide insights for decision-making.
• Conduct regular assessments of agent performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance, financial services, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of high-net-worth insurance products, investments, and mutual funds.
• Excellent analytical skills with experience in report preparation.
• Proficient in creating PowerPoint presentations and training materials.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively support agents and collaborate with leadership.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Mandarin speaking will be an advantage.
