Job Responsibilities

  • Provide pre-sales product presentation.
  • Provide after-sales training to users.
  • Provide on-site technical service support including preventive and corrective maintenance of automated analytical instruments.
  • Prepare detailed documents for activity record keeping and reports to supervisor for all the job activities including presentation, training, preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Attend the factory train-the-trainer training and provide training to other engineers afterwards.
  • Collect and provide user requirements for new product developments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates with strong academic achievements are welcome.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential; fluency in Cantonese is an added advantage.
  • Good command of English and Chinese in writtern form is essential.
  • Well-organised and self-motivated are needed.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with strong ability to work well in a team is essential.

    Salary  :  $20,000 - $30,000 per month

    9am-6pm Monday to Friday {or Tuesday to Saturday}.

    5 working days per week.

    Contribution-based performance bonus is offered.
