Job description

Job Responsibilities

Provide pre-sales product presentation.
Provide after-sales training to users.
Provide on-site technical service support including preventive and corrective maintenance of automated analytical instruments.
Prepare detailed documents for activity record keeping and reports to supervisor for all the job activities including presentation, training, preventive and corrective maintenance.
Attend the factory train-the-trainer training and provide training to other engineers afterwards.
Collect and provide user requirements for new product developments.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or equivalent.

Fresh graduates with strong academic achievements are welcome.

Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential; fluency in Cantonese is an added advantage.

Good command of English and Chinese in writtern form is essential.

Well-organised and self-motivated are needed.

Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with strong ability to work well in a team is essential.

Benefits & Others

Salary : $20,000 - $30,000 per month

9am-6pm Monday to Friday {or Tuesday to Saturday}.

5 working days per week.

Contribution-based performance bonus is offered.
