Repo Trader, Asia Pacific

What you ’ll do

In this role, you will assist the fixed income financing efforts of the firm in APAC. This role requires a large degree of autonomy and would suit a self-starter looking to make an impact. Specifically, you will :

• Maintain trade life cycles and position management
• Execute and book trades and ensure settlement
• Identify trade discrepancies and ensure timely resolution
• Compile and distribute market color to traders and portfolio managers
• Maintain and leverage relationships with counterparties
• Continuously look to improve existing processes
• Become the trusted go-to person for APAC fixed income financing to portfolio managers, execution traders, and other internal stakeholders
• Partner with colleagues across the Treasury team within APAC and globally on initiatives including, but not limited to :

o Enhancing data, reporting, and workflow technology to improve efficiency

o Strategically advancing the firm’s partnerships with key counterparties

o Exchanging subject matter expertise with colleagues in other functions
