Responsibilities

Handle work injury cases, ensuring proper documentation, follow-up, and reporting to relevant authorities and stakeholders;

Experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 45001 is an advantage;

Handle insurance review, quotation and claims;

Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in any field;

Over 2 years of relevant experience in general insurance claims handling (Property, Public Liability, Commercial Lines, or EC)

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong analytical abilities for problem-solving.

A good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
