Senior Finance Manager | Chinese Corporate & Investment Bank | HK$50-70K

An excellent opportunity to join one of the Top Tier Chinese Corporate Banks in Hong Kong. The position will be reporting into a Head of Reporting who is very hands on with operation and has a great track record in the bank. The team is currently looking for a Senior Manager or a Finance Manager for their management accounting function, and would welcome candidates with Chinese Banks or FI experience to join their team. ...

  • Report into the Head of Management Reporting

About the team :

Team of 5-7, everyone is reporting into the Head of Reporting. The team handles FTP, Management Accounting, monthly variance analysis, P&L analysis, Balance sheet and work on business proposal on business development, and the Head of Reporting will allocate work according to your experience and strength.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Monitor the production of financial data and reports to ensure accurate analysis and interpretations of financial data
  • Perform variance analysis, budgeting and forecast and monitor P&L on a monthly basis
  • Particulate in the annual budgeting and KPI setting related duties
  • Support and assist on preparing presentation of financial management information to the management for Business Strategic Planning
  • Assist supervisors to prepare financial information for ad hoc analysis to support the Senior Management for Board presentation and business decision
  • Perform proper reconciliation between financial accounting and management accounting records
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by top management

    • Job Requirements :

  • Degree holder in Finance & Accounting, Professional Accountancy or any related
  • At least 5-7 years of working experience, minimum of 3 years in-house management reporting experience with Chinese Banks or Financial Institutions
  • Professional Qualification in ACCA, CPA and / or CFA is a PLUS
  • Great knowledge in MS Office, Word Processing, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proactive, articulate, detail minded and able to work independently as well as to contribute as a team player
  • Excellent command of written & speaking Chinese (Mandarin) and English
  • Candidates with less experience would also be considered for Finance Manager Title
