Responsibilities

Prepare, implement and update the Environmental Management Plan
Advise on measures to be taken in the interest of environmental protection, and implement such measures
Liaise on all matters relating to environmental monitoring and auditing
Carry out inspections of the Site for identifying potential hazards to the environment, and to report findings with recommendations for corrective actions
Participate in the weekly environmental walks, and to supervise and monitor the environmental performance on the site
Check and ensure that any polluting or potentially polluting situation is promptly rectified
Attend Site Safety Management Committee (SSMC) meetings and Site Safety Committee (SSC) meetings

Requirements

Degree in Environmental Engineering / Environmental Science or equivalent.

3 years of relevant experience.

BEAM Affliate, BEAM Pro, LEED AP (BD+C) and WELL AP preferable.

Good knowledge in BEAM Plus schemes.

Well-versed in local environmental regulations.

Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of working independently.

Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese.

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Environmental Engineer
