Responsibilities
- Drive the full lifecycle implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and others as needed.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into effective HCM solutions tailored to the retail sector.
- Configure Oracle Cloud HCM applications to align with business needs and industry best practices.
- Offer expert guidance on HCM processes, rmending enhancements to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for end-users to ensure the successful adoption of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
- Work with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and troubleshoot any technical issues.
- Support change management initiatives by preparing documentation and providing ongoing support post-implementation.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Functional Consultant with Oracle Cloud HCM.At least one end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud in any of the functional modules : Core HR, ORC, Absence, Performance, or Learning.Strong understanding of HCM processes and best practices, particularly within a retail environment.Experience with BI / OTBI reports, HCM extracts, Fast Formula, and HDL / HSDL.Expert in understanding business requirements and using standard Oracle solution documentation templates.Familiar with Oracle HCM Cloud technical tools, includingponent Processor, HCM Design Studio, HCM Extracts, HCM Data Loader, BI Publisher, and Workflow.Excellent interpersonal andmunication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders at all levels.Ability to document and explain solutions clearly and effectively.Data provided is for recruitment purposes only.
