Legal Consultant - Equity Derivatives

职位描述Working with and advising business clients, while providing guidance and practical solutions in relation to the ever-changing financial regulatory environment Provide expert legal advice on equity derivatives transactions, including drafting, negotiating, and reviewing complex derivatives documentation. Advise on the legal aspects of structuring equity derivative products and other financial instruments. Draft and negotiate ISDA Master Agreements, Credit Support Annexes, and Confirmations for equity derivatives. Monitor and interpret laws, rules, and regulations affecting equity derivatives, ensuring the Company's compliance. Identify and manage legal risks associated with equity derivatives and structured products.
We are currently on the lookout for a Legal Consultant with equity derivatives experience to join our ranks :
Requirments :
- Legal practitioner with Ideally 4+ years’ experience within equity derivatives, gained either within private practice or in-house
- The ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders and adaptability to new situations and work environments.
