With the HBX e-commerce platform shipping to over 80 markets worldwide, it has 2 retail stores in Hong Kong.We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist with a passion for leveraging AI. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in SEO and Paid Advertising, coupled with a keen interest and ability to utilize AI / LLM to automate tasks, gain insights, and enhance campaign performance. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, constantly seeking innovative ways to drive traffic, generate revenue, and achieve measurable results.

Responsibilities :

  • There are a several key areas :

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) :

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google AdWords, SEMrush, etc.
  • Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes and best practices.
  • Paid Advertising (SEM / PPC) :

  • Plan, create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google AdWords, Facebook / Instagram Ads).
  • Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and targeting to maximize ROI.
  • Perform A / B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and targeting parameters.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights.
  • AI Integration & Automation :

  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI tools for automating repetitive marketing tasks (e.g., reporting, keyword clustering, ad copy generation, audience segmentation).
  • Experiment with and implement new AI-powered marketing technologies.
  • Analytics & Reporting :

  • Track, measure, and report on KPIs for all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Create regular reports with clear analysis and recommendations for improvement.
  • Proactive Strategy & Problem Solving :

  • Proactively identify challenges and opportunities within the digital marketing landscape.
  • Develop and test innovative solutions to overcome obstacles and improve performance.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly in AI applications for marketing.
  • Collaboration :

  • Work closely with content, buying, and development teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Requirements :

  • Proven 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on SEO and Paid Advertising (SEM / PPC).
  • Demonstrable success in improving organic rankings and managing profitable paid campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with core digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO platforms like SEMrush / Ahrefs / Moz).
  • Familiarity with AI concepts and practical experience using AI tools in a marketing context.
  • Familiarity with programming languages (Python) for data analysis and automation tasks is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive, self-starter mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
