Job Description :
- Provide comprehensive HR operational support to the Human Resources Team
- Responsible for payroll management and up keeping attendance records, leave records, medical claims, updating personnel data, etc.
- Assist in all round office administration including but not limited to procurement of office equipment and office supplies, filing, office equipment maintenance, and stationery and pantry’s supplies etc.
- Assist with various HR projects and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements :
Currently enrolled in a degree or higher diploma program, preferably in Human Resources Management or related disciplinesStrong communication skills; well-organized, meticulous, and responsibleProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and MandarinAn excellent career development and opportunities will be offered to the right candidates.
