Senior Data Solution Lead - Insurance

About the Role :

Our client, a prominent global insurance group, is seeking a strategic and business-minded professional to lead the development of data-driven solutions that empower informed decision-making and drive commercial outcomes. Serving as a key liaison between business leaders, data and technology teams, you will ensure that data initiatives are aligned with strategic goals and focused on measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities :

• Partner with functional units (e.g., underwriting, claims, distribution, finance) to uncover and prioritize data needs.
• Lead the implementation of enterprise-wide data strategies that improve data accessibility, usability, and business value.
• Ensure business requirements are clearly articulated and effectively embedded into data solutions.
• Design and guide business data solutions that enhance sales effectiveness, customer insights, and product performance.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to track the success of data initiatives across business units.
• Enable revenue growth by applying data insights to lead generation, cross-selling, upselling, and retention strategies.
• Promote data quality, governance, and compliance through active engagement with internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Champion adoption of new data tools and dashboards through training, communication, and change management efforts.
• Drive business value by ensuring data initiatives align with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Cultivate a data-first mindset across business teams using storytelling, education, and insight activation.
