Property Officer (Residential) (Ref : 250000FZ)

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day administration and supervision of cleaning, security, landscaping and concierge service contractors and frontline property management staff for residential properties managed by the Corporation
• Co-ordinate with the technical team to provide efficient maintenance services
• Handle enquiries and complaints by residents or owners
• Organise community activities, attend the Owners’ Committee meetings and other events during non-office hours to build and maintain positive relationship with owners
