Associate / Vice President - One Bank Solutions - IWM - Hong Kong

Responsibilities

• Working with coverage teams in IWM and traders in Global Markets to provide various financing solutions to Corporates, Private Equity, U / HNWI and sponsors.
• Serve as a product specialist for Corporate and private credit, margin loans, NAV financing, subscription financing, private share financing and collar financing. Provide tailored structured financing solutions to clients collaborating with Global Markets.
• Prepare equity, credit and technical analysis ofpanies, structureplex financing transactions and coordinate deal approvals teaming with global markets and risk management teams.
• Analyze financials, assess risks prior to engaging clients, coverage and trading teams on deal structuring.
• Contribute to streamlining deal execution and structuring process, pipeline management and initiatives to enhance one bank solutions teaming with other divisions. Participate in enhancing product offerings and processes within the team
• Ensurepliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements such as MNPI, conflict management, cross border guidelines etc. to support risk assessments related to one bank solutions.
• Develop analytical tools and reports to help and monitor data.
