Head of IT (Ref : HKR1402101111)

A leading sizable well-known retail group offering FMCG service now seeking a Head of IT to join their team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities :

Responsible to development and management of IT department according to company’s plans, business strategies and direction.

Lead IT team in building and maintain strategic IT roadmaps and ensure successful delivery of IT enhancement and upgrade projects.

Partner with Senior Executives to set IT agenda in line with the business plans and Group IT Strategy.

Management annual budget and control IT resources to deliver to plans.

Ensure a close partnership with internal business CEOs as well as major vendors.

Using technology to ensure short and long term business objectives are achieved.

Establish effective IT governance and provide accurate reporting locally.

Enforce compliance of the IT as well as Business Team to company’s standards and policies.

Requirements :

• Degree Holder of Computer Science, IS / IT, Business Administration or related discipline.
• at least 10 years IT working experience with at least 5 years in management level preferably from retail or FMCG industry.
• Strong leadership skills with excellent communication & interpersonal skill
• Good interpersonal & communication skills and strong capability to work with different levels of stakeholders
• Customer-oriented; can work independently and leading multiple initiatives or projects
• Ability to lead, add-value, motivate and manage a sizeable team to deliver quality services to the business
