A prestigious US law firm is seeking a Hong Kong-qualified Associate to join its corporate team in Hong Kong. The firm is renowned for advising clients across key sectors including transportation, energy, life sciences, and corporate matters.
Ideal Candidate Profile :
- Possesses 2-3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
- Must be admitted to practice law in Hong Kong, with experience at an international law firm or a top-tier local firm
- Specialises in Hong Kong IPO transactions and related regulatory compliance
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules and the Securities and Futures Commissions ongoing compliance requirements
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese
