Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with the team to execute recruitment campaigns and promotion. Coordinate recruitment projects / initiatives and recruitment events / activities (recruitment seminar, recruitment forum, recruitment and selection tools, campus recruit), service & facilities
- Explore and venture new recruitment activity, prepare and design recruitment kits, presentation PowerPoint materials, digital recruitment channel, articles, recruitment script to powerup agency managers
- Handle daily enquiries from agency force
- Assist in ad-hoc projects / workforce as required
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree in any discipline.Minimum of 3 years of experience in event and sales promotion.Familiar with social medial promotion, online recruitment campaign and promotion is an advantage.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in both written and spoken English and Cantonese, fluent Mandarin speaking is an advantage.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
