• RSW Degree or above in Social Work
• Level 2 or above in five HKDSE subjects (including Chinese and English Language) or equivalent
• Good communication skills, writing skills in English and Chinese
• Proactive, dynamic, independent, responsible and resourceful
• 5 years of relevant experience in youth services or related fields
• Experience in Leadership and Management work is preferred
• Responsible for the overall planning, implementation
• Monitoring supervision of ICYSC and related projects
• Communication and liaison with community partners and other stakeholders
• Design service delivery system with reference to the agreed protocol
• Development of service / projects to fill service gaps
• Work in Hong Kong Island
• Shift duties are required
