Our client is an expanding listed investment firm. To cope with their expansion, they are now looking for potential incumbent with attractive package for the captioned opening.
- Monitor the private equity deals and perform strategic M&A and direct investments of principal capital activities
- Analyse, structure and execute the potential investment, ideally focusing in the sectors of financial services, healthcare and consumer / retail
