About our Client
We are representing a fashion retail brand. They are looking for a Senior HR Executive to join the team and responsible for recruitment and HRBP matters for Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.
About the Role
- Direct report to Human Resources Manager
- Be responsible for the full spectrum of HR business partnering services including recruitment and selection, performance management, account services to both frontline and back-office business units
- Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, offer proposal and negotiation
- Act as the vocal point of HR and handle staff enquiries and issues
- Support HR corporate initiatives and projects including budget planning, annual review, talent review exercise and HR system maintenance
- Responsible for employee relations initiatives such as annual dinner, wellness activities and CSR events
- Ensure all HR practices & policies are in line with Company policies and statutory requirements
- Assist in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
The Successful Candidate
Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplinesWith 4+ years of experience onHRBP and talent acquisition, ideally from retail industryStrong knowledge in Employment Ordinance and related regulations, and applicable related policies and lawsPositive attitude with strong can-do spiritExcellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skillsProficient in MS Applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
