AOG Controller

Our client is a renowned, world leading MRO in Asia handling both Line and Base maintenance work. They are currently looking for an AOG Controller , who will be part of a dynamic and diverse team. This is a key role in the company's Centre of Excellence which delivers world class line maintenance service to Cathay Pacific

Successful incumbents will be offered a comprehensive package inclusive of visas, mobility assistance, and medical / insurance coverage.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the safety and management of recovery events for AOG, late exit maintenance to maximize aircraft availability.
• Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to obtain details of the AOG or late exit maintenance or significant inbound defect event.
• Providing solution recommendations with stakeholders to determine the best course of action to return aircraft to service.
• Continually monitor recovery progress and ensure the ETS is on track or improved.
• Comply AOG and Late exit maintenance summary for data capturing to facilitate continuous improvement.
