Analyst, Legal Counsel - Insurance (fresh grad is welcome, budget 28k)

职位描述Bachelor’s degree in Law ( or equivalent. Admission to the bar (or in the process of obtaining). 1-3 years of relevant experience in a legal role, preferably within the insurance sector. Strong understanding of insurance law and regulatory requirements. Excellent analytical, research, andmunication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, policies, and legal documents.
- Conduct legal research on various issues related to insurance law and regulations.
- Support the legal team in handling claims, disputes, and regulatory matters.
- Provide legal advice to internal departments onpliance and risk management.
- Participate in training sessions to educate staff on legal andpliance issues.
- Maintain and organize legal documents and records.
- Assist with the preparation of legal reports and presentations.
