Provide quality services to tenants in various aspects including home maintenance and repair coordination, planning and organizing guest eventsPrepare and design different form of marketing / communication materialsStrengthen customer relationships and CRM managementCollect tenant feedback on service excellence and prepare analysis reports to continuously enhance service qualityHandle tenant's inquiries and complaintsskills & experiences required.
Bachelor's degree or aboveMinimum 2 year's experience in the property management or hospitality, preferably in handling customers in luxurious residential / service apartment / hotel propertiesGood experience in customer relationship building and managementOutgoing, presentable and good communication skillsIANG and Mainlanders are also welcomedshow more
