The business has complementary operations in property-related fields including hotels, property management, serviced apartments, etc. The company is looking for a Community Manager to build community relations, handle the community platform, social events and build the brand.

  • Report to the Head of Customer Relation Management

  • Provide quality services to tenants in various aspects including home maintenance and repair coordination, planning and organizing guest events
  • Prepare and design different form of marketing / communication materials
  • Strengthen customer relationships and CRM management
  • Collect tenant feedback on service excellence and prepare analysis reports to continuously enhance service quality
  • Handle tenant's inquiries and complaints
  • skills & experiences required.

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Minimum 2 year's experience in the property management or hospitality, preferably in handling customers in luxurious residential / service apartment / hotel properties
  • Good experience in customer relationship building and management
  • Outgoing, presentable and good communication skills
