Description :
Our client is an expanding listed investment firm with significant growth and excellent business plans for success in the coming future with major activities of SFC RA 1, 4 & 6 in Hong Kong. They are now seeking for potential incumbent to take charge the financial function for their Financial Services business.
- Manage the Group's investments' performance of a portfolio company in the financial services sector as well as develop long-term strategies and prepare financial reports
- Perform comprehensive financial planning & analysis with insights and recommendation for top management review and facilitate strategic business decision
- Formulate strategic financial goals and objectives as well as develop meaningful plans to achieve the expected target for business success
- Investigate ways to improve profitability, and analyze markets for business opportunities, such as expansion, mergers or acquisitions, etc.
