Senior Electronic Engineer, Sustaining (Batam, Indonesia Stationed)

Responsible for leading the Electronic Engineering team to maintain and enhance our existing products. You will work closely with cross-functional team and PCBA partners for new product validation, ensuring product performance in the production environment, and collaborating with multi-disciplinary team for problem-solving.

• Bachelor or above in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 5 years experience in Electronic Sustaining Engineering, Test Engineering, Production Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of IPC Standards for Electronic product's assembly and production requirements, practically the IPC-A-610 Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies.
• Mature, independent and analytical mind
• Good written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Sustaining Electronic Engineer
