Position Responsibilities :
Well maintain our TAT in underwriting case processing, support company growth of IFP business, and continue to deliver high level of customer service
Underwrite insurance applications with excellent quality and quantity to support yearly FAE, and MCV business
Act as Underwriting representative to support agency through DD meeting, maintain sound and effective communication and relationships with internal and external customers, and participate in process enhancement initiatives.
Manage projects including new product implementation and CXT
Required Qualifications :
Degree holder with 8 to 10 years of relevant work experience, preferably from life insurance industry or medical field
LOMA qualification / FLMI preferred
Customer oriented and attentive to details
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
PC literate in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
