- Responsible for HR duties in all areas of HR, covering Hong Kong and APAC
- Manage compensation and benefit programs, total rewards and incentive design
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, in accordance with local applicable laws and regulations
- Lead recruitment and selection processes, including candidate screening, interviewing, offering and on-boarding
- Manage the performance management process, including performance appraisals and disciplinary procedures

3 -5 years of experience in Human Resources, with APAC exposure is an advantageKnowledge of the Luxury Retail industry is preferableSolid understanding of C&B principles, HR policies and practices.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Hands-on with a "can do attitude"Able to work flexibly in a fast-paced team environment and with strong sense of responsibilityExcellent command of both written and spoken EnglishImmediate available is highly preferableshow more
