A world leading Retail brand is currently seeking an Assistant HR Manager to join their young and dynamic team.

about the job.

  • Responsible for HR duties in all areas of HR, covering Hong Kong and APAC
  • Manage compensation and benefit programs, total rewards and incentive design
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, in accordance with local applicable laws and regulations
  • Lead recruitment and selection processes, including candidate screening, interviewing, offering and on-boarding
  • Manage the performance management process, including performance appraisals and disciplinary procedures

skills & experiences required.

  • 3 -5 years of experience in Human Resources, with APAC exposure is an advantage
  • Knowledge of the Luxury Retail industry is preferable
  • Solid understanding of C&B principles, HR policies and practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Hands-on with a "can do attitude"
  • Able to work flexibly in a fast-paced team environment and with strong sense of responsibility
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English
  • Immediate available is highly preferable
