Legal Consultant - Litigation, Financial Services

Responsibilities :

• Lead on a variety of litigation matters, including commercial disputes, regulatory issues, and employment-related claims.
• Collaborate with external counsel when necessary and manage the company's relationships with law firms.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders, including senior management, on litigation risk management and dispute resolution strategies
• Represent the company in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
