Private Bank - Equity Specialist (Night Shift)

Responsibilities

• This role is based within Wealth Markets, covering direct client activity in cash equity, listed derivatives and light OTC exotic equity products ( equity swap, OTC accumulators, structured products). This position will be as a member of the execution team involved in covering Private Bank clients directly.
• Part of the integrated client team, delivering execution strategy rmendations to active Private Bank trading clients and internal Marketing teams.
• Actively market and develop a dedicated client base of between 20-30 long term accounts in order to achieve business revenue and service objectives. Identify client needs and objectives within overall investment objectives and match to service delivery capabilities.
• Maintain rigorous risk management approach with clients on their exposures in line with client risk tolerances.
• Responsible for increasing sales across the product set from cash equities and listed derivatives to OTC derivatives (vanilla, barrier, equity swap, accumulators and decumulators).
• Ensure conformity with global Firm standards of client service, regulatory,pliance, and operating model.
• Increase connectivity and engagement between Markets and Wealth clients and staff.
• Assist with the roll-out and development of the IT projects needed to expand and improve on the platform.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by drivingpliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
