• 3-5 years’ experience in related industries Job Description Key responsibilities include :
• Assist PD manager to follow up on our skincare / personal care projects
• Prepare marketing research and analysis
• Daily communication with manufacturers and offshore offices Responsibilities : ・Responsible for skincare products development ・Liaise with internal teams to carry out product development from market research, product concept, formulation and packaging design throughout to market presentation ・Responsible for planning, coordinating and managing the entire supply chain by outsourced manufacturers, and ensurine compliance of all mandatory standards ・Monitor production schedule, costing and forecasting ・Manage stocking and inventory flow, waste control and quality

Job Requirement

Requirements : ・University degree in Business Management, Marketing or Science related discipline ・Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in the skincare / personal care industry is essential ・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ・Independent and good problem-solving skills ・Preferably worked in cross-functional organization structure ・Fluent in both written and spoken Japanese (N1 or N2), English & Chinese ・Mastery of technologies : packaging, formula, manufacturing and packaging process ・Mastery of launch processes : brief, estimated prices, pre-pros, artworks ・Experienced at planning and managing multiple projects ・Experience of risk evaluation techniques
